SUZANNE JACKETT... decided early that she wanted to work with children with disabilities, but she also had a huge interest in sports, leisure and recreation. What to do? Suzanne has found a way to combine these different interests as CEO of The Between Friends Club recreation for people with disabilities, an agency which provides recreational and social opportunities for children & adults with disabilities. Everyday she has the opportunity to live her dream. |

| Suzanne’s second passion has been that of women’s hockey. Together with Shannon Miller, Suzanne started Girls Hockey Calgary and was the recent recipient of the Pioneer Award from the Women at Centre Ice. Suzanne continues to be involved in coaching girls’ hockey and can occasionally be found on the local Bragg Creek rink playing a game of shinny. |

| Suzanne’s 18 years of management experience in developing organizational vision, focusing on goals and developing teams to achieve superior success will help individuals and teams as they strive for their own success. Suzanne’s leadership skills are second to none and those who have worked with her comment on her effectiveness as a mentor, leader and coach. Always leading by example, integrity is one of her main guiding principles. |

| Suzanne’s most recent passion, that of becoming a life coach, has led her to complete training as a Co-Active Coach. Suzanne strongly believes that we all hold the answers to our most intimate and pressing questions; sometimes we just need help to uncover them. |

HEATHER O'BRAY... spent the past 15 years in the non-profit world, specifically in the disability field. This offered rewarding and challenging opportunities to work with people one on one, as well as to offer group facilitation. Overall however, it was the chance to really make a positive difference in the life of others that brought Heather her greatest degree of enjoyment and accomplishment. |

| Heather then found herself trying to calculate what the next challenge could be. After hiring a personal coach, Heather clarified her next step. She wanted to continue in her work with individuals and groups in a client driven process. HERizon Coaching came into being, and the vision was expanded when HERizon Coaching purchased The CountryWood at Bragg Creek. Heather now has the opportunity to use her background in education, community rehabilitation and social work in her new chosen field of coaching and facilitation. Heather particularly enjoys the facilitation of Personality Dimensions® workshops. |

| One of Heather’s favourite sayings is that “life is about the journey, not the destination”. When she is not facilitating a group, offering team building or coaching one on one, Heather can be found enjoying the other aspects of her personal journey. In particular, the recent move to Bragg Creek has allowed for daily walks in the mountains with her camera and puppy at her side. |
